Regarding Disappearing Dialogue Issues

We are aware of a number of reports from users regarding an issue that causes the main game text not to properly display.
We apologize for the difficulties that people have experienced, and extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has assisted us so far with understanding their symptoms, scope, and possible solutions as we work towards a lasting fix. We plan to release a patch to fully resolve the situation as soon as we can identify and address the root cause.
In the meantime, there are some simple steps you can take to have a smoother experience.

Temporary Solutions

When you would like to play the game, follow the following steps.
1. Launch the game from Steam as normal.
2. Quit from the title screen.
3. Launch the game from Steam once more.
After following these steps, the likelihood of the issue recurring for the duration of the play session should be drastically reduced or possibly eliminated.

Possible Causes

Although some early reports suggested that this issue was connected to using multiple monitors, the problem appears most likely to recur after you restart your computer. On some (though not all) systems, this will cause all of the game's dialogue text to disappear and produce some other visual errors in the text-related UI. According to some reports, leaving the computer idle for an extended period of time between play sessions may also cause the same issues.

Other Known Issues

- When combat is initiated directly after you dismount your Woptor, before the animation concludes, it is possible to enter an invalid state from which you have to restart the game
- When transitioning between different pages of the full map view, it is possible to enter an invalid state that is difficult to leave without restarting the game
- In rare cases, some users encounter an issue that prevents them from properly selecting a difficulty setting when starting a new game
- Certain text items in the Glossary do not display correctly in English
- A small number of dialogue lines do not display correctly in English
- Some tutorial text regarding Zeal mechanics does not display correctly in Chinese
We are currently looking into solutions for the issues above. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

關於劇情內容無法正常顯示之問題

感謝各位玩家一直以來的支持與愛護。
關於『黑白莫比烏斯』的STEAM版本，發售後我們收到數位熱心的玩家回報，遊玩遊戲時會出現劇情內容無法正常顯示的問題。
我們很抱歉這些現象造成各位玩家在遊玩時的不便。另外也在此感謝熱心玩家的幫忙，讓我們可以特定出目前遊戲中出現的問題、影響範圍，並以此檢討改善對策。
開發團隊會以收集到的問題清單進行確認來找出根本原因，並在確認修正問題後實施遊戲的更新。
另外，在更新遊戲來做根本的解決之前，有發生上述情形的玩家可以嘗試使用下列對策來改善該問題。

劇情內容無法正常顯示時的改善方法

請於遊玩遊戲前依照下列順序嘗試進行操作。
① 於STEAM的收藏庫畫面中，啟動本遊戲。
② 待遊戲顯示標題畫面後，選擇結束遊戲來關閉遊戲。
③ 關閉後，再度於TEAM的收藏庫畫面中啟動本遊戲。
進行以上操作之後，將可以高機率解決劇情無法顯示的問題。

關於其他目前已知的問題

- 如果在解除沃布塔爾（馬）的騎乘狀態後立刻遭遇戰鬥，將有可能導致遊戲陷入必須重新啟動遊戲才能解決問題的狀態。
- 於觀看地圖畫面改變顯示區域並進入讀取狀態時，若中途關閉地圖，將有可能導致遊戲陷入必須重新啟動遊戲才能解決問題的狀態。
- 在少數玩家的遊玩環境中有可能發生無法選擇難易度導致無法開始遊戲的問題。
- 英文版的用語集中，有部分說明內容不正確。
- 英文版的劇情中，有部分台詞沒有被正常顯示。
- 繁體中文版的「氣力」相關新手教學中，有部分用語不正確。

除了劇情內容無法正常顯示的問題外，目前開發團隊也正在致力確認與修正上述問題。

セリフが正しく表示されない不具合につきまして

平素より格別のご愛顧を賜り厚く御礼申し上げます。
『モノクロームメビウス』Steam版におきまして、ゲームプレイ中にセリフが表示されないという状況を複数のお客様からご報告いただいております。
この件につきましてプレイヤーの皆様には多大なご迷惑をおかけしましたことを深くお詫び申し上げます。
また現在発生している不具合の症状・影響範囲・対策等の検討に手伝っていただいている方々に感謝申し上げます。
指摘を受けている内容を以て、開発が改善に向けて努めて参りますので、原因の判明および対策が揃い次第、アップデートを実施予定となっております。
なお、アップデートまでの間は不完全ではあるものの、今回不具合現象の改善策とその手順をご案内いたします。

セリフが正しく表示されない場合の対応方法

ゲームをお遊びになる前に以下の手順をお試しいただけますと幸いです。
① Steamライブラリ画面より、通常通りにゲームを起動します。
② タイトル画面が表示されましたら、「ゲーム終了」を選んで一度閉じます。
③ Steamライブラリ画面にて、再度ゲームを起動します。
以上の対応直後は不具合が再発する可能性がかなり低く、完全になくなる可能性もございます。

その他、既知の不具合につきまして

- ウォプタル（ウマ）を降りた直後に戦闘に入りますと、ゲームを再起動しないと直らない状態になる可能性がございます
- 地図表示のページ変え（隣接エリア表示）を読み込んでいる途中に地図を閉じますと、ゲームを再起動しないと元に戻れない可能性がございます
- ごく一部の環境では、難易度選択が行えないため、ゲームを開始できない場合がございます
- 英語版の用語集において、一部の情報が正しく表示されていません
- 英語版のシナリオにおいて、一部のセリフが正しく表示されていません
- 中国語版の「気力」に関するチュートリアルにおいて、一部の文言が正しく表示されていません

ただいまは以上の不具合の修正を向けて検討ならびに対応を進行しております。
