The base of that gamemode isnt that fun, the thrill behind it is to extract with "worthy stuff" alive thats about it.
Take that away and see how quickly the fun ends.
I gave DMZ a shot even if from looking at it from the very raw gameplay perspective and the unlocks is literally all there is to it.
Like when you get lasered by these lowskill gunplay mechanics its just as frustrating as any other gamemode.
Gameplay wouldve been better if it was more like Rust or PUBG with bullet drop, projectile and higher recoil at any range.
But CoD Gunplay is too easy and doesnt apply the depth to make it more fun without unlocks in general.
lol that wont remove the enemy players from DMZ... did you even read what i wrote ? oh yeah you didn't...
CoD has bullet drop, projectiles rendered though....
it does not mater when you extract... the moment you call in an extract even if that's in the 1st 5 min there is a 80% chance that nearby teams will jump on you just for the sake of it.
Like you take 90% of the risk in initiating a job/engaging ai and you give your position away while already fighting massive AI numbers, only to get ganked and looted with low health ammo and armour by a fully kitted up crew who done nothing but walk to where the sound is.
It really is not worth doing anything yourself and your better off just camping out other peoples efforts
