Validated files and it gets to the Obsidian logo and then errors out. Fresh Windows, various bios updates, same issue.
I think it's time to move onto AMD next time I build a PC...

I do not know why microsoft always keeps the pagefiles at 16mb, and with newer games, it should be definetly bigger.
Here is more info from microsoft..also quoted from the guide:

Symptoms
Applications that frequently allocate memory may experience random “out-of-memory” errors. Such errors can result in other errors or unexpected behavior in affected applications.
Cause
Memory allocation failures can occur due to latencies that are associated with growing the size of a page file to support additional memory requirements in the system. A potential cause of these failures is when the page file size is configured as “automatic.” The automatic page-file size starts with a small page file and grows automatically as needed.
The IO system consists of many components, including file system filters, file systems, volume filters, storage filters, and so on. The specific components on a given system can cause variability in page file growth.

I never thought in a million years we'd suddenly have Intel being the one with all the issues, worst part is they know about a lot of them and just won't fix them. Maybe 15th gen will fix some problems, but you shouldn't need to buy a new gen product.
They do not do long term testing. This is what is causing this issue. Instead, they tend to rush out their products without even testing what long term things will happen. This is why this happened in the first place.
