Confused - free or charge?

I see no price so im not certain what they are selling. I own the original and the DLC - is this a free upgrade? Again its out soon yet i see nothing about price or free upgrade. For me because i own the original and all DLC i do expect it to be free. I might play again if its a free graphic update but would not consider it if its a charge.

OK it is a charge for owners of the original game and all DLC's - NOPE! Honestly i think its crappy to charge us extra just for a somewhat enhanced graphics. Awful customer service to the people that supported you and i wont be back for any sequel. While it was a good game it wasn't all that great to warrant paying more for almost nothing.

I don't see The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition on xbox game pass anywhere. Will the base game be upgraded like they did with Snowrunner?
