I start up the game and I just see the mesa skybox. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Re centering doesn't fix the issue.

Not totally true, it can be done but here's how: >> use left hand, grip a ladder. That turns it on or off. When there's no ladder in sight, how do I activate the torch? (using Index Controllers)

Due to the Anniversary update on Half-Life, the skip for "We've Got Hostiles!" is no longer possible. Normally, this would not be an issue, however, this makes the "Doomed?" achievement impossible now. I recommend removing that achievement as well as any other achievement associated with the skip....
