Key Input lag?
I play with a keyboard not with a controller and I don't play fullscreen, it happens to me that the key input latency is really high in some cases, when I choose skills, when I choose the target and ofcourse the mostly annoying of all when i press dodge or parry, I wonder if I'm missing something in the option or maybe if I need to lower some settings in the graphics. Still the graphics and the fps seems fine, but It feels like is a problem connected to it

Yo yo, think I have the same problem, looked around a bit and found this in an article from gamerblurb

"Parrying and dodging feels responsive, but there are reports of occasional key inputs not registering. So if your character eats a sword to the face, you can totally blame your keyboard."

This is naturally confirmation bias as well, but I do think it sometimes just does not parry when I press the key.
same for me

Yes me as well and I found a reddit page with a bunch of people complaining about it. I thought I was the worst

One thing I found was my mouse goes offscreen and then I click out of the game. I have parry on my mouse so as you can imagine that causes some problems.

But there's definitely some weird bug where key inputs aren't registering. Can see it easily when opening spells and then quickly pressing another button. Controller does not seem to have this issue.

I hope they fix these things soon. I'm tempted to wait till they do
moving the mouse seem to make keyboard not register for me lol

I think this issue only affects the WASD and arrow keys. Tweak the bindings a bit to avoid these keys and they seem to register fine after that. At least that worked for me. A bit annoying, but the game was released just a few days ago, so hopefully they fix it soon.

I hope they are reading this. I'm also affected by the game not always registering keystrokes. I had to switch to a controller as dodge/parry would sometimes not execute.

I found when you move a mouse, keyboard won't register input. So try not to hold mouse at all when you parry. Really helped me.
Same here. I'm currently facing input lag with the W key — when I press R to switch skills and then try to move with W, the first input doesn't register. I'm also experiencing issues with dodging: sometimes when I press the dodge button, the character doesn't respond right away, and only after pressing it several times it starts working again.

same, parry, dodge sometimes doesn't respond and also A, D doesn't respond when i want to switch the enemy
I am also having problems dodging and getting some specific keys to register. Especially "Q" and "W". I am having a lot of problems killing the Troubadour for instance because dodge and parry only trigger after 2-3 presses.
There's no lag input for parrying, it's a lack of input from the game to tell you you failed, like a "miss" popup or a failure animation for the parry itself.

Thought I was going crazy, happening to me as well.

The issue is quite obvious on the world map - I realized you can use WASD to move around... but I have to hold the keys down for a long time before it starts moving.

That's cause you need a framerate limiter. You're GPU-bound. Has nothing to do with keyboard.
