♥♥♥♥ around with the graphics a tonne and try extra things like -popupwindow steam launch command. I eventually got it to show up. It doesn't have regular graphics options but the DLSS override options are there.

Ensure that if you use Special K for HDR, you select HDR10 (instead of scRGB) or the game will crash in battle.
Add the game manually, make a new game preset in Inspector.
Next to it on the right is a sun symbol-Create a Profile-,press it and it will ask you to give the game a name.
After you do that it will create the profile for the game and on the same column there is a squarish icon which is called -Add application to current profile-.
Press it and go find the game exe which is located in your Steam folder.
You then are able to force the latest preset, just don't forget to apply the changes on the top right corner!!
You only have to do this once, the profile is saved, only if you ddu the driver you may have to do it again if Nvidia doesn't add this game to their profiles.
