- Go to Library > select the game then press Right-click > Manage > Browse local files, then go to "Engine" folder > Right-click on "vars_pc" file then select Properties > Select open with Notepad, then delete all text in file and copy this:

Does the FPSLimit can be set to 60 for 60 FPS. Or does he doesn't work vanilla.

Then why did Konami put an option up to 144hz. but, yeah it's hard coded at 30 if i remember correctly isn't it what UnknownProject said.

make sure to set full screen to false otherwise the game crashes when minimized and also cannot be streamed without desktop capture in obs.
