I capped it to 120 and I'm still getting it

no stuttering on unlocked. using SpecialK mod to keep it rendering in background so i can alt-tab too.

Yeah, sadly it has the pitfalls of a bad UE4 port. Looks like we have no preshader compilation and I'm not positive, but maybe traversal stutters too. My second run through the beginning had virtually no stutters, after seeing quite a few on my first.

And don't forget Denuvo. That causes stutter as well, also increased load times

SOMEHOW it's much worse than P3 Reload and I also played this game on an emulator without stuttering as well.

sounds like a hardware issue? i haven't stuttered once yet. only mod i have is specialK for some rendering tweaks.

capped at 144 with zero issue so far. man I've never seen the battle menu animations so smooth
