Based on previous releases and the life, 9PM Pacific on Thursday, 12AM Friday Eastern.

Atlus' games always releases here at 6 or 7pm (Depends daylight savings) my time, not that it helps you probably as you no doubt live in another country and timezone.

If that time is correct (1 pm on June 14th for Japan) It'll be 6 am for me in the morning, but I never saw a game being released at 6 am on steam. It's OR Midnight or 6/7 pm

That's pretty standard for these Atlus games.
I'm one hour removed from Tokyo Time (Australia) and things like Soul hackers 2, P5Tactica, Persona 3 Reload etc. did indeed release in the middle of the day at 2PM for me.

It says it releases on June 13th, but it'll practically be the 14th when it comes out for me and I'm in CST timezone, it's gonna be like around 10:00PM or so, might as well have just advertised it as coming out on the 14th at that point...kind of annoying.
