Mods might incentivize getting it on pc, but denuvo is denuvo, can't stress enough, denuvo.
I7 4790 won't matter at all. This is a switch port.
If you want this game to remain accessible for years to come then buy it here on Steam.
Pretty sure PS5 wins in this case.
I can't see how the PS5 will last longer than Steam, because there isn't Denuvo on console?
What if the PS6 don't have backward compatibility, then the game will stuck on the PS5 forever?
And? Is there is something wrong with that vs. a platform with a possible expiry date?
