Positive:
+ Nice micro management with enjoyable mechanics
++ Cool topic and "nice-to-watch"-simulation

Negative:
- some gameplay functions are scuffed (to much runway repair; high-level shops are unused; no queue at boarding counters and self-check-ins; entry/exit of international zones; rooms can only be rectangular)
-- some unpleasant bugs (invisible vehicles, that occupy jobs but don't carry them out; pathfinding of vehicles and planes seems clunky; janitors don't find there way out of an international zone)
-- sparse tutorial (YT, Reddit, Steam Community needed)
- Few mods
- No hints, when you need them (eg 1: pessengers don't have a path from boarding to plane. The passengers have a red exclamationmark above there head, but this easily overseen at a large airport, but you get no DM; eg 2: there is no explanations, why airlines like or dislike you)
- Daily reports from your staff and unnecessary statistics give this game a taste of real work.
- The menu / UI isn't well built
- Some potential wasn't used (Catering, Tower, Garbage, Subway and Emergency-Response are just buildings that work automatically once placed)
- medium performance, so stuttering occurs sometimes even at medium airports

Conclusion:
The game feels mostly finished, but unpolished. Over my 60 hours it was mostly fun, but there were to many negative moments during my gaming sessions. Hence I can't recommend this game from my perspective. Unless you're REALLY into airports: skip this game, if you don't have enough time or money.

I'd recommend this game, but only if discounted. I think as a management game that delves into Airport management, it is great little game that helps bring to life the core aspects of managing such an establishment. Nicely scaling up the complexity of the features needed to be successful is done very well and there is a lot of base level customisations that lend to sinking a fair amount of hours.

However, similar to other comments, when you have a much larger airport the optimisation and performance of the engine suffers and very much becomes more frustrating than rewarding, also their is a lot more depth that could be implemented but with no additional dev support, that isn't going to happen.
