I need help converting the mmd model to the sfm model
So I figured out how to search the internet and use blender to convert it to an sfm model
I have no idea about Blender and I do not speak English at all (this is also translated using a Google translation)
so
If possible, I would like to ask if there is a YouTube video about this
Or if you could, I would appreciate it if you made it for me.

But, it is in the works and will include python code examples for converting japanese to english and how to use it, renaming various and deleting unnecessary things, etc, using code, how to fix normal problems using select non-manifold mesh and removing doubles and quite a few other tips. (Things I have discovered since writing the original guide.)

In addition of the guide Hunter shared here, Pte Jack, the creator of that guide has a Youtube channelwith tutorials about porting model. But, please don’t ignore the guide because it has far more information especially MMD porting process.

You’re going to spend a very long time learning and porting the model you want since you don’t know how to use Blender yet.

Don’t expect a free model porting service here and anywhere else. You have to be super lucky to get someone to do the porting job for free. You either have to pay or hope and wait for a very long.

Thanks for all your guides, they've helped me a lot!

That's what they are there for. But as with any guide, as one gains more experience or programs used become more advanced, they become obsolete as one finds better or faster ways to do things. It's just a matter of trying the time to update them that is the problem.
