Hi, my pc freezes when I open that page so I was't able to read everything. I would like to know what kind of tools do I need to bring the pmx model into Blender? I have blender2pmx and when I import the model it only shows the skeleton and I'm using blender 2.70 like in the description.

That guide has actually been updated to include instructions for the latest stable build of Blender, unfortunately, if opening the page freezes your PC then I don't think that you are going to have much luck running Blender and SFM on it.
If you have access to a decent desktop PC, you may want to use that. You'll probably have better luck with it...

The guide is huge and full of pictures and GIFs, so load time for it to load is quite long the first time you try to view it. There's no way around that. If you have a slow internet connection, the wait time is longer.
