Makehuman to SFM

So since fuse character creator sucks now, but I want to make characters for SFM, and I have experience in a software called makehuman, but I need some help with making shapekeys for the face, making sure the textures turn out okay, and make sure the whole model works at all.

I'm very new to porting to sfm from blender. so I hope someone can help.
