.blend files in SFM

So i downloaded a few modles from the internet and they are .blend files. I tried looking up how to use these files but all i got was confused.

So what im asking is, How do i use .blend files in SFM? Or if I can't, then how do i convert the .blend file to a format that is compatable with SFM?

The .blend file is a project file native to Blender.

And… you’re gonna have to build up bones and such to it before you can feed it to a converter to allow it be able to be used in sfm
