These 3 3D editors have plugins available that produce Valve Model Source files, but these source files have to be compiled into Valve Binary models.
The guide that Hunter linked you to will help you with the conversion process for the various type of model formats you'll find out there.
I am in the process of writing this guide specifically for MMD type model. But, once a model is in Blender or a 3D editor of your choice, the process is pretty much the same.
