got a bad fps in this game :/

try using dx 12 at settings, see if it runs better. Otherwise mess with the settings that are heavier on CPU.

also if you are on WINDOWS 10 turn on
Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling. , under GRAPHIC SETTINGs in windows, google it.

You should play on Low settings and 1080p to maximize performance. I have similar specs and get 144fps consistently except on big open maps that kill performance.
