If you can get the 100 combo achievement, you'll be able to get untouchable spider man with enough patience. Good luck.
Dodge is your best friend and it's an even better friend when you have your skills maxed out.
As said above, it should be pretty easy if you try to get it at a Fisk base.
I almost got it yesterday when i had just 2 enemies left of the last wave and one of them threw a grenade and i wasn't paying attention and failed it.
It is a very difficult achievement to say the least especially considering that you need to do this with 6 WAVES of enemies.
Easies bases seem to be the FISK ones... if you try this on a SABLE base or one of the bases in the DLCs it's literally impossible to do.
Like somebody else said, just go in one of Fisk's base in the base game and BAM, easy-peasy lemon squeezy.
Well I don't think it's preventing you from getting this achievement if you "lose your combo", the achievement just says to not get hit once while completing a base.
