Played through 2 times. 80/80 both times. no achievements

I recently bought a few of the "Search All" games and have now completed them and got 100% of the achievements. However, these are not counted as "Perfect Games" on my Steam profile. In my games library it definitely says 100% (10/10) I also checked if the game needs to be played longer for it to count, but it doesn't seem to be. If anyone knows the solution to this problem, please let me know :)...
