How is anyone playing this ?

So 2nd time installing the game ever just to find out i can not play... Every time i start the game up it take 15 mins to open !!! then i get into the main screen and i try to enter the shelter & nothing happens.. i try to tap user center & i get Sorry! An error was encountered while processing your request ( The specified profile could not be found. I can even select change server ??? lol idk man i just wanted to try this game out again

I think the "enter shelter" doesn't work if you've spent too long in the first screen. Maybe the connection to server timeouts or something. This happens to me like 1/100 times. If you have a proper computer then the game should work. But i do suggest you put the game on SSD, like most new games should be put. I don't like it but it makes a big difference in loading times.

I have the exact same problem, although my rig is not as good as yours

Just downloaded this game and it not working when I click on user center to verify my steam account in the north America region the error message says "sorry no user found" is this a ongoing issue
