how to do the new achievements?

As usual, achievements are tied to the in-game unlocks. Check your Unlocks menu for things to do, and do them

You mean Hidden Anathema?
That one is unlocked with Gazebo. You need to overheal enough times to cap out its passive stat gains. Use a fire weapon on The Coop for easy Floor Chicken

Pick someone like Big Trouser and choose something that does no damage like Arma Dio. Then wait about one minute and you’ll get the achievement.

Any tips for the overheal on chicken I did a 50 minute run and still didn't unlock on coop.

You need a lot of abilities with healing.

I just did it with Sigma. Somehow they repeat unless you banish something you already have eqquiped.
