I dunno man, Dead Cells is having a Castlevania crossover coming out Q1 2023, including soundtrack stuff, and the announcement art for it includes Richter and Alucard looking up at Dracula's castle.
Lol i remember seeing a reddit post of which games the artwork was "inspired" off.
The assets WERE NOT ripped off/stolen from Castlevania games. The Developer bought an Asset Pack for a Game Maker program, probably RPG Maker? not sure, he used to make other games he made prior to Vampire Survivors. And besides he, and his currently hired graphics design staff have done a lot of graphics and Sprite work to remove most of those assets misinformed morons like you love to banter that were stolen.
