does Twilight Requiem's Arcana benefit from Terrona's box?

title. might be an obvious question and I'm guessing yes, but I've never known with confidence if the "Curse" refers to the item level or the curse stat.

On the final level, Terrona's Box gives a bonus to the Curse stat. I believe +100% if I remember correctly. It does not affect curse until maxed.

I guess in the end it means that Metaglio right gives much more consistent benefits early on for Mad Groove pickers for Twilight Requiem, and the same applies to picking the Skull O Maniac itself. but good to know.

It's a bad Arcana in general though. Granted, most Arcanas are pretty useless.

I mean I just want some extra damage, it inconsistently somewhat helps me play as Pasqualina through clearing inverse stages so far. Obviously I'm doing Jail of Crystal + Out of Bounds combo which is always fun, but what initially was Waltz of Pearls as my pick changed into Twilight Requiem simply because Pasqualina's Runetracer has the weakness of unreliability so I decided to get King Bible to make up for it and find arcanas that help it. Maybe Garlic would've also worked.

Actually, would that extra damage from Curse matter? While you get extra damage, enemies get more HP...
Or does Twilight Requiem damage scale faster that Curse?

Twilight Requiem's damage is the base weapon damage multiplied by Curse, so it doesn't get any stronger or weaker relative to the enemy health as Curse goes up. There are relatively few bonuses that will scale into the thousands of Curse, so even though it never really shreds enemies, it never falls off either.
