What does question mark on the map in bone zone mean?

Checking the map there seems to always be a question mark just nearby my character but when I go to it it has moved. What is that about?

It is probably a Creature of note [Boss] that you should skittle to Progress. Bosses move.

It's the Katamari boss. Unlike every other enemy except the Guardians, it spawns as soon as the map begins and moves back and forth in the south part of the map. Defeating it will give you a Relic, but you'll need powerful weapons because it absorbs other enemies that touch it and grows bigger.

Just did it twice and even tho map said I was on top of it 7 times I couldn't see it at all. Also moved so fast there is no way I could catch up unless it switched direction. Starting to think it might be a bug but I dunno, only had the game for 2 days.

Yeah I moved to the question mark multiple times and nothing is there even when I am right on top of it.

It's there. I always seemed to shoot below it when I was tracking it down. It's an orb about twice as tall as your character (to start). There's also a grinding sound effect.

It does move about as fast as a character, but it goes back and forth, so if you follow it it'll eventually turn around.

Finally saw it. Tried 3 times to kill it with randoms I was using to unlock other things with but couldn't kill it. Tried going quickly and did nothing, tried going when upgraded, did nothing. Guess imma have to look something up if I wanna finish this game but for now imma put it aside since its a bit of a pain to finish it without outside help which makes it boring to me. When you need to research a game online just to be able to finish it is kinda stupid imo. But to each their own I guess.
