Not really. That boss is just overtuned.
Jump+Dash to the side to avoid the tongue.
Strafe back to avoid the red bite attack. Jumping won’t work.
Use the blaster stance to quickly shoot all the battle droids on the run back.
This fight is basically an endurance test with few opportunities to strike without getting hit by another attack. After red attacks is your main damage window.
Also be warned that there is a force tear where you have to fight two of them at once, albeit they’re less aggressive until you kill one. Needless to say that fight is much harder than the solo one.
I would really recommend against jump+dodging the tongue attack. It works most of the time, but there's still a huge chance the tongue's hitbox will clip you. Double-jump works much better, especially if you can also get out of the tongue's range.
As the user above already stated, strongly recommend jumping (double if necessary) over its tongue and charge attacks, as trying to "Dodge" either is unreasonable.
The unblockable chomp attack (in this game, it wasn't unblockable in the previous title, why the ♥♥♥♥ devs?) is the only one you really need to dodge. You need to learn to predict this one. Start anticipating this attack at the end of any normal attack chain, as it likes to do that. Fortunately its one of the few attacks it cannot animation cancel, giving you a clear opening if you do avoid it.
Also abuse lightsaber throws to get free hits in from range as often as possible.
One more thing: the frogs become stronger when they're low on health. They start using more unblockables, chaining attacks faster and also get one new move, a leap + shockwave combo, which is best avoided by jumping, dashing away, then jumping back towards the Oggdo in midair to fly over the shockwave - otherwise you won't make it back in time to hit it. So definitely don't bring both frogs down to low health at once.
Oh and as for the charge, don't try to dodge it. Wait until the Oggdo's actually charging (it turns red way before it really starts attacking) and then double jump over it. It's possible to dash away from this attack, but double jump feels safer as long as you don't do it too early.
