Rebar Enabled Manually + SMT OFF (test). yes there is a huge uplift at 4K

OK i done some testing for you guys.. Manually enabling rebar for the game using nvidia profile inspector will increase the fps a really good amount up to 20FPS... disabling smt doesn't improve much but may help slightly.

This is the hardest section to run for me in coruscant, 4K Epic quality, fsr quality and RT off. Before changing rebar I was getting 30-40 fps here in this section and 60ish fps on the rest. Now im getting over 50fps in the section and 60-80fps for the rest. To me this game is in a playable state now for my rig and I wont refund.

I appreciate your efforts but ReBar should be enabled in the BIOS at all times. It's what we paid for.

For all others that cannot understand how PC hardware works and do not have the patience to tweak and tune please buy a console.

Oh edit. Stop using EPIC settings. The differance to high is hardly noticeable.

Nvidia only green lights rebar after testing, they will enable it through their drivers. Yeah it does suck not everything is enabled, but it takes like 2 mins to do it. If you like pc and are on pc platform you should be used to adjusting settings and adding mods by now... thats part of the fun.

epic settings are fine, ive tested all the settings and there is literally not much difference in performance besides raytracing setting.

It is but Nvidia chooses to enaable it via a driver update for specific games after they have fully tested.

On their website they say that while it might benefit specific sections or maps in a game it could potentially also have adverse effects in others - so they are testing the entire game before enabling and only if it offers a benefit.

Not fully tested but the game seems noticably smoother with +5 to 10fps with resizable bar enabled for me. +1

Ok after further testing, SMT off (multithreaded) doesn't do jack for my CPU 5800X3D, so only thing making a difference is enabling rebar manually, don't need to mess with SMT or intel hyper threading.

I have enabled Rebar for this in profiler and it has done absolutely nothing for me. Went to the trouble of updating both my GPU and MB bios and then enabling this in profiler. Booted into the game and performance was exactly the same.
