Why did I lose Radzig's sword after the end of the story? He literally said I should have it

Seems to be a common bug since the recent patch... Same thing happened to me, despite the final cutscene explicitly stating Henry would keep it...
well you have a choice if I remember well, where you thanks him, or tell him you prefer he keep it.
I remember having the option but I chose to give it back to him.
might also be linked to the choice "what you want to do now?" you can say you want to keep being a warrior, that might have an effect if you keep the sword or not?

but it might be forced that you give it back to him, there is a mod "replica recipe" or something like that, where you can forge identical replica of unique sword/weapons.

I would suggest that, there is not reason you wouldn't be able to replicate a given sword.

The Adventure and Warrior options apparently give the sword to Henry, I chose Adventure, and Radzig says something about "the sword sings beautifully, but not for him", before handing it to Henry, telling Henry that it's his... Yet I did not get the sword, or some variation such as Henry's Sword, etc...

Many people have reported the same thing since the patch, so it's definitely a bug...

my first playthrough i chose adventurer, radzig gave it to henry, henry said no its yours and gave it back, warrior may be the right option to keep, that or you need a certain amount of kills on it

Had you reforged it? It may also be based on what you've done, and the decisions you made during the game, I suppose, too...

I reforged it about 50-60-70 hours before I ended the main storyline
And it was almost the only weapon I used
