Lost Reforged Sir Radzigs sword at the end of the last mission

Hello all so i had upgraded and made the reforged sword awhile back in my play through. During the final cut-scene I saw Sir Radzig say its my sword now, but upon arriving back at the Devils den the sword is just gone from my inventory. Not much information online about this yet, did I experience a bug?

Update I understand its supposed to turn into Henry's sword after completion of the final quest but I didn't receive that either

Looks like it gets removed from your inventory at ending unless you have this mod

idk if this is still useful, but I think you only get the sword by selecting a few choices during the last cutscene with your parents. I chose to "open a business" and didn't get the sword, then I reloaded, chose "i want adventure" and got "Henry's Sword" in my inventory, that kinda sucks imo but at least that mod exists

You also get it with the "I'll be a warrior" choice. But unfortunately in my case the sword was downgraded. I had reforged it gold / lev III but after the final cutscene it was downgraded back to a silver / lev II which is very disappointing. I can't believe these clowns did this with Henry's sword, it's the object of focus of the entire series, it's so important to the story he spends the entire last game and half of this one chasing it down... and then just throws it away I guess? Because he can't "settle down and start a family" if he keeps his most valuable possesion and the only memento he has left of his dad Martin? What??? I mean after he spent this whole time getting it back isn't the whole saga kind of meaningless if he just tosses it away at the end? So mystified what the devs were thinking with this whole thing.

Reminds me of Star Wars VIII where Luke casually throws away his light sabre which was a nonono for old Star Wars fans. "Get the attention of a much younger audience and screw over the older", but then again DLCs are coming, Patches are coming, so who know´s what the game will be after it is finished and after the modding community - thanks in advance - did their part on this.

I chose "life of adventure", saw Radzig give the sword back to Henry, Henry accepts it, and its still just completely gone after the ending when you return to Devil's Den. Nowhere to be found. Checked the belongings chest as well

Apparently it was bugged before. You lost Sir Radzigs sword and gained Henry's sword....problem was that it was of an inferior quality and you couldnt reforge it.

So they just removed it from the post game entirely. Just spent a while looking everywhere and realised i didnt have it . After getting it back from Sir Radzig in the cutscene. Will probably get fixed in a patch or you could use the ingame console to spawn it

I have just finished game and did all of the 4 possible last dialogues and after all of them i still dont have the sword back in my inventory, even when Radzig gives it back to you after last two dialogue options. Addition to that all NPCs(Zizka, Dry devil, Godwin, Katherine) are walking back to Suchdol from devils den and Hanusz is standing still outside of Suchdol gate.
