I need to heal, but how?
I went to a quest location and got attacked by wolves along the way. Very low on health and now the game has forced me to lead a sheep to a hill... Problem is, I need to heal or it's just a waste of time. As far as I know I can't leave the sheep behind and go find a place to rest, I've got no health potions, and I can't seem to find a bed anywhere I can sleep in.

Do I just have to reload and lose several hours of playtime or is there actually a way to heal?

I mean you had options with potions which you didn't prepare for. So you've kinda done yourself in.

Marigold decoction, sleeping, bathhouse, certain perks like the one that gives 10 hp when using a trough
Sleeping and potions seem to be the way. There is bath houses?

Yes. And they'll bathe you, fix you up, mend your clothes and offer a wench. But every next option is more expensive

You stop bleeding with bandages, drink marigold concoctions to heal quickly. sleep in a bed to heal for free. Buy potions if you don't want to do the brewing mini-game (but I recommend leveling alchemy, because you can get higher tier crafted potions which have stronger, additional effects)
