I have received 2 Steam keys for free lol

So, I have backed the first game on Kickstarter back in 2017 and today I received two different steam keys from [e-mail], one on each of my email addresses. I have activated one. Will the other key work if I give it to someone else? Has anyone else experienced this "problem"? lol
