Wanted in Kuttenberg for....nothing?

Hi all,
After loading into the save from last night, I noticed that I get a wanted status in kuttenberg as soon as the next day starts.
I have no clue for what that is and no guard I meet seems to be interested in apprehending me.
The only "illegal" thing I did the day before(late afternoon/early evening) was to lockpick a door to find the next thing for a quest (Thieves Guild hideout, about the signs).
I guess someone noticed the lock and I was definitely seen running through a trader store to get to the back...I have just never been wanted for picking locks in this way...only when I was seen directly picking the lock. I have picked many locks during night time and never got a wanted for it the day after....also I would be happy to talk to a guard to pay a fine to get rid of that, but no guard seems to be interested in that. Not even the ones at the shop where it happened.....any ideas how to resolve this instead of just waiting it out? Will it even go away with me being in Kuttenberg all the time at the moment?

I just got the same. Did it go away? Guards aren't chasing me or anything

Did you do a naughty in a neighbouring village? Your wanted status can spread.

Loitering most likely. You can get it even by walking in front of the weapon shop that never opens.

Also note that if you are seen in the area and then something bad happens...you will get blamed for it. Even if the area isn't a trespassing area.

same happened to me, but I made someone unconscious, so it is possible that he remembered me?
had to pay a ~300 groshen fine, and usually it is for attempted murder
but got the wanted status after 24 hours, so that what I don't find logical.

must say that after I clicked on "wait", could be that after doing a serious crime (like making someone unconscious and being in a overcrowded place and stealing) it is better to leave the city and then sleep?

or it is just a bug...

It's a frequent bug that seems to happen, best to just ignore the jail symbol since its wrong half of the time. If you leave the crime scene and wait a bit, it should disappear.
