Shadow bug when moving and looking at the sun

Depending certain lighting, mostly morning and evening and while looking in the direction of the sun, I got a bug with a shadow infront of me moving along as I move.

It's like a line, where from me to 10 meters in front of me, there is lighting as it should be (so no shadow bug)
And +10 meters and behind, there is a shadow that shouldn't exist and there shouldn't be any shadows here. If you move, the bug move along with you.

When looking in the direction of the sun, I noticed a strange square around it causing this bug.

Also, I didn't installed any mods or did any modification of the files.

A screen or a video would better to explain what's happening but once you noticed it, you see it everytime.

I too have noticed this problem. Funny enough I only started seeing it upon arriving at the second region. At night when I can see it, the world lighting seems to also be messed up where it flickers "on" and "off" constantly when looking at certain directions.

I have the light flickering bug too, but I think it is caused by something else. Both of them are a really visible when happening.

I SEE THE WORLD FLICKER WHEN THE SUN IS COVERED BY CLOUDS, AT NIGHT I SEE THE MOONLIGHT FLICKER IN ELIGHTED ZONES. DO YOU HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS?

Again, i'm not talking about flickering lighting, it's another issue here.
