cope lmao
I hoped the rare crash on closing the game would also have been fixed with version 1.01 but unfortunately I just got it again. It is pretty much what I described in this post.
That's why using recent OS version and hardware is recommended. Have 0 issues with the game since the first release. Denuvo is not the issue : people decided to say that since Sonic Origins will have Denuvo included.
OS used : Windows 11 Family Edition version 21H2 - 64 bits ( updated yesterday )
Processor : Intel i5-10400F
GPU : Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650
RAM : 16 GB DDR4
Advice of the day n°1 : It is better to buy the game and try it before reading comments from angry people.
Advice of the day n°2 : Report bugs when you own the game with your gameplay is better than report bugs from the Internet... This will help developers more effectively.
People don't realize sometimes how lucky they can be... And that some words and sentences in the comments sections right now about upcoming and recent SEGA games are very violent: a total lack of respect for those who have worked on these projects.
It should come as no surprise afterwards that there will be less communication between SEGA and the players on the projects if it is to have an avalanche of hatred.
Note : I talk French language so sorry for English mistakes :/
If for you it is the case, so no problem : do you have any video of your gameplay on this game with detailled informations that shows that Denuvo is the issue ? Only with these informations, something can be done. It is the same instructions that it is applied to report bugs on softwares.
-> If Yes, I will encourage you to post a new ticket / subject with all these elements
-> Otherwise, this is nothing more or less than erroneous information that can cause unnecessary ticket spamming, and also bug-handling issues for developers.
Developpers are humans like everybody, not robots to receive information and apply modifications without verification "to please players / users"
Windows version error(can´t even open the game)
When i try to open the game this message pops up in a white screen "This windows version is not compatible. The main version must be 10 or above." Must say that i actually have windows 10 and i played like 90min before the patch 1.01, so that could be the problem. Also i got no mods installed and i got the latest windows 10 update.
I wonder if someone from sega will see this.
The research has been done for years, it's cataloged and up on youtube for your perusal. I don't have to record video to convince you because anybody who does the research knows how denuvo can cause an issue. Refer to earlier posts for such videos. You don't have an issue either because you don't see it. And that's roughly because you don't know how to see it. Windows 11 btw is proven to have lower performance on games compared to Windows 10. You can check tech specialists on youtube like linustechtips or jayztwocents for example.
Yes developers are human, but devs do not deserve sympathy for trying to sell a flawed product. I tested a version of the game without denuvo and performance issues and bugs were all gone.
