Dead? I've just checked and noticed that SteamDB shows 382 people playing it right now, peaking at 1200 players during the last 24 hours and online is only growing since 2024.01.14, reaching an all time peak of 1204 players at once 2 days ago (while it only had 588 players max at once on release in October 2008 and a sudden peak of 523 players at once in May 2019) What's going on?

There are no bots in the game.
A couple of years ago, I found the contacts of a developer of bots for CS 1.5, and wrote him a letter asking him to make bots for DIP RIP (not for free), but he did not answer anything.
