Dedicated Server Can Not Establish A Connection To Steam Servers!

I set up a Dedicated Server for this game. The server starts just fine. However, it will not connect to the steam servers causing it not to display in the games browser.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I think the reason is maybe an old source engine version. Games like CS:S and so switched their Source Engine Version because of a bug which had a big secruity leak. And I think this game never had an update or maybe valve did also switched their master server. BUT the Server should be working. You only have to give those people your server ip or domain.
