Just focus on the big chunks, not every single little spec of debris.
On PC, there seemed to be some problem with the overall control (game was made for console.) But nothing to major.
Anyway, you seem to have a game-plan going on, so good luck. And remember, the asteroids are randomly generated. There is no pattern whatsoever.
If I can't get it then, well I'm just going to concluded that the Isimurah was destroyed by asteriods, and Isaac, Hammond, Kendra, and all the necromorphs died. END OF STORY!
With the built in jagged controls on Dead Space 1, I find it impossible - and not fun.
Am not going to be able to actually get past this section, I haven't been able to get more than about 20-30 seconds through it.
And since someone is saying there is another turret section, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I am returning this. The rest of the game is very cool, but without a way to opt out of this section (like a cheat or something) the game isn't worth the time. It's supposed to be a fun thing to do, not something frustrating or TOO difficult.
There should have been a built in way to skip it....bad game design.
I am clearly not the only one who hated this. And I am not likely to buy DS2 considering my experience with this one....
I was just looking for a cool game...but now I'm stuck at this section and cannot progress. Everything else about the game up until that point was pretty cool and simple. The asteroids are impossible for me.
Thanks EA.
I'm with you Erica. They should have built in a way to skip this section.
I used both an xbox controller, and a mouse. I seemed to do a lot better with the mouse since it's what I normally use, and what I had progressed through the game with.
My friend, on the other hand, mainly used the xbox controller when he came over to attempt to help me out.
still, it took many tries over at a friend's place.....
(PS - I use a gamepad, but switched to a mouse to get past this section).
Back to cool space-zombie game. I actually like the weird jagged controls throughout the rest of the game, very cool and theatrical, but with that turret was too difficult to still be fun.
haha, I wonder how bad it is on Hard mode (I'm playing through on Medium) ?
