If you don't wanna use that there's SpecialK that does some things.
But I'm pretty sure it'll quit tearing if you fudge Radeon settings around without using any that stuff. I just kept messing with it till it ran right.

I just tried SpecialK. It can solve my multimonitor issues with Grounded, but it just can't fix the vsync issues with Dead Space :/

Everytime i do a screenshot the tearing bars are showing a solid color xD
But...vsync really isn't active ingame :/
It really seems that only NVIDIA is able to do this...that sucks!
Oh well....AMD.....
I do have a freesync display and it didn't help.
If you shut off the in game vsync and let it run up as high of framerate as it wants without doing any limiting does it quit tearing?
I have an old EEE Box with an Nvidia ION and Windows XP and that works. Same with other PCs and NVIDIA Hardware. Just the AMD one isn't working with older games. I also tried to apply some settings to NfS Underground 1-2 and Most Wanted but that fails too.
It seems...that only d3d10/11 and 12 games are working with the adrenalin drivers. Maybe OpenGL too.
Sorry...i don't want to bash AMD..it just sucks, as i wanted to move away from NVIDIA, but it sems i have no choice...neither VR, nor older games are working correctly with AMD GPUs :/
Intel is even worse.
DS1 I just set framerate to 72-90 and let it run and the tearing wasn't an issue anymore. Set at 60-60 or 60-65 it'd tear, had to set it above my monitor refresh rate of 72 for it to stop doin it. Same with DS2
Mine is Amd adrenaline edition maybe that's why? Could try downloading the new software
