Can't install/run the game on Win11

Hello everyone
If i try to run the game from steam (first startup) the following error appears:

DXSETUP.exe - Bad Image
C:\...\DSETUP32.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error...

After that the game launches but immediately crashes
What i tried:

- Running DXSETUP directly from the game folder gives the same error
- Running the game .exe results in a crash
- All the fixex i found (settings.txt, ...) failed in the same way

Have you tried 'Verify integrity of game files'?

If not, right mouse click on Dead Space in your Steam library, click Properties, then on the left-hand side of the screen that appears, select 'Installed Files' and then 'Verify integrity of game files.'

Do you receive this message with any other games or programs?

If that doesn't work, try downloading these legacy components for DirectX from Microsoft:
