Absolutely beautiful. Although rather simplistic in the gameplay, the story and mediums of investigation offered are super engrossing and fun. Each individual case is a delight in itself and the underlying story that binds it all together emerges slowly and surely like a polaroid photo developing right before your eyes.
It's a shame that chapter 7 is as of yet untranslated and therefore unplayable.

SO good!! cases are interesting and complex, but all the answers make sense once you figure them out. great reveals and plot twists. i love when you're able to figure out what happened waaaaay before they reveal everything and it gets you super invested in finding the right evidence, great storytelling!!
also love that you can skip the timing and temple run-esqe mini games, because i was super bad at them.
sliiiightly annoying how some of the evidence clearly comes in pairs but you have to submit them in a specific order or you get it wrong, but you do sometimes get a pass for wrong conclusions when they're reasonable, so overall it's not a big problem.
i've never actually played an ace attorney game or anything like this before, but i'd definitely like to try out more!
