is it possible to save a spore saved game?

Yup. All save games (including all galaxy data) are stored in %appdata%\spore\Games

You can copy this folder to any new machine in the same location and effectively 'share' your save files.

Pollination data will be regenerated or differ, however. This just means that the occasional NPC or non-player creature or plant will have a different species than it did previously. All else will be identical, though.

does it mean that if i have a zoo planet all the animals will dissapear??

No, but they may be replaced with other animals. You can simply save the Pollination.package file also in the folder I mentioned in order to keep that data also.

so it will save it for good??

what about all my creations?
will those be saved as well without effort??

because last time i checked i would have to pick each pic and place it in the right editor in order for the game to collect the creation

Your creations should be backed up automatically to your Spore account on EA's servers. If you're worried, those are stored in your %userprofile%\Documents\Spore folder. Might be in an Electronic Arts folder too, it's been a while.
