Game crashesbefore starting

The game won't start crashing immediately after I click on the PLAY button. Unistalling and re-installing it does not solve the problem. A waste of (luckily little) money.

Crashes On Windows 11

I am running windows 11 and when I run this it brings up the first splash screen then a few seconds later it crashes to desktop with no error message. Anyone have this problem or a solution???

Im talking about this game, prince of qin, and battle for red cliffs. They all went live at the same time, and none of them have yet to be available for sale. Where are these games!?
