BGS has truly outdone themselves with Starfield. It surpasses its competitors and stands out among recent game releases (only in my dreams)(つ'-')う(I pretend that bgs3 don’t exist or it only exists in our parallel universe).

The characters are adorably adoring. in both tesiv and starfield, adoring fan is like usopp from onepiece. I feel like I am king of the pirates monkey dee rupee, captain of going merry. Adoring fan is my sailor usopp. Sarah Is nami and andreja is boa hancock. And I anticipate potentially many more cherishable crewmates and waifus from future DLContents and expansions. Better yet, we will also have mods that will allow custom made thicc waifus and the materialized pale lady. Mind you no other games can replicate that level freedom and creativity and provide this much sense of attachment to the game environment. There are simply no substitutes and for this reason alone, I have a deep affection for starfield.

I admit I am very biased toward Bethesda Studio games; nostalgia makes me view them through tinted glasses. That said, I can easily accept the fact that BGS games will never be as polished as other high-profile competitors, I have a peace of mind because the community will always complete and perfect them with mods anyway. Mods and BGS's high production values, all combined, contribute to this unique appeal. Such dynamics add to the beauty of all Bethesda Studio games and thus Starfield will forever hold a special place in my heart.

In all seriousness it may be a bit too much of coping from my side, but when I think about it, bgs games are the only games with so much bugs that I can still find appealing. I assure you there are no substitue that brings the same level of amusement and joy as much as bgs games, and even nostalgia with their ancient game engine along with archaic bugs. Their meme-ready quality are now so iconic to the point that influencers, youtubers and many gamers on the internet mimic npcs of skyrim. Pretty much all robotic NPC memes are exclusively based on skyrim npcs and their animation. No doubt it means their clumsiness have certain appeals. So... no joke I really don’t mind a bit bugginess and clumsiness of bethesda.

I won't deny that criticisms regarding the game are valid to a certain extent. But the truth is that many other users have come to terms with the fact that they can enjoy the game as-is no matter the quality and standards. At the minimum It’s still a good sandbox. We fill the gap with our imagination anyway so we can live with clunky animation and behaviors for npcs and roleplay with suspense of disbelief. However if you are still terribly disappointed, make sure to vote with your wallet for next bgs games. But if you are like me you don’t have to be regretful of your purchase and you can still enjoy the game to the fullest. Since enjoyment is subjective, I hope you find amusement as much as possible like myself and many other fans.
