Yes, +1 support request from me.
+1 from me
It harmless for all the other players, who used to play without it (most of the players).
But for those gamers who already have this device (e.g Tobii 5), it may bring the QoL (quality of life) improvements.
I hope that Bethesda has the capabilities to add such eye tracking support.
It might not be even noticable for players without it, but those who do have this device it would enrich the joy. And the main task of the game is to entertain the player. This is personal. And it is not a competition. Let anyone play the way they want. The only thing we are asking, is adding such Tobii support. Those who dislike this request, most probably never use this device. Either way, eye tracking is optional feature, so no worry.
But that doesn't change that it's super niche in gaming. I have it on my laptop, never use it. I know several others, as well, who never use it. In fact, it became so annoying that I turned it off completely. Kind of the same as the 3D monitor/glasses thing that just went away. Was cool, but, eventually, that wears thin and you go back to normal play. As an input device though, absolutely.

"Conclusion: The features that could be extracted from eye-tracking data included pupil size, saccade, fixations, velocity, blink, pupil position, electrooculogram (EOG), and gaze point. Fixation was the most commonly used feature among the studies found."
So not a fad, no-no, only to those sad people who know no better.
Will it be seamlessly implemented by BGS on Day 1? I highly doubt it, but maybe my squadmates and I can mod something up for the rest of you old grognards...
