Here are brief instructions to get you going:
Engage the creation kit and when it's ready double click on Starfield.esm and ShatteredSpace.esm as your data sources.
When it has loaded (wait patiently), open the object window and choose the 'items' category. All the items in the game will be listed in the pane on the right.
You will see a 'Form ID' tab at the top of that pane. Click on it to sort by Form ID. Any items from the DLC will start with '01'. Other items from the base game will have more leading zeroes. Also, should you decide to sort by Editor ID, the DLC items are usually (but not always) prefixed by 'SFBGS001'.
Under the 'Name' tab it will list the in-game name of each item. You can now note the Item IDs of the items you're interested in. You can narrow down your search by clicking sub-categories on the left in the Object Window. For example, if you're only interested in weapons, click the 'weapons' sub-category. For clothing, spacesuits, etc, you would select 'armour'.
After you have noted all the items you are interested in, you can close the creation kit. And now, in-game, you can spawn any of those items by their form IDs using the command console. Be careful, as some items are not intended for player use. That means save your game before adding any items.

I surmise you are referring to me. (And I suppose I deserve it.) However, I feel people who discover things on their own tend to get more satisfaction and a feeling of accomplishment. Also, they learn the workings of the game which often makes their experience richer.
