...I have "always run" on, unless I want to walk during one of these "follow me" dialogues. That'd be a decent jogging speed. And "Hold to Run" is pretty meaningless, IMHO, as the crawl speed is too slow, so I didn't even bind that to a key.
Pressing left-Shift makes me sprint for a wee (until I'm out of breath - that semicircular gauge bar in your Smartwatch scanner on the lower left corner of the screen. And Left-Ctrl for when I want to follow the path of my inner stealth archer,
