slow or very fast
I have looked at the options if there is any way to manage the character and I have only seen walking (very slow) or running (very fast he looks like a track runner) is there any option for him to jog? Any mod?

player speed revised 2.0
There's bindable keys for Run-when-held, toggle walk/run, Sprint and crouch (=sneak when moving) Give you "Settings - Bindings" a look, the toggle run/walk key should make you happy, I suppose....

Just fair warning, I've seen mods like this for prior BGS titles and they don't play well for some reason. I'm not pushing controllers, but, yeah, well, this is one place where they do have a huge advantage over kb+m. Precision isn't really an issue, at least not for me, even on hardest, but there's also an Aim Assist option in Settings if needed.

No, it's not that, when he walks, he walks very slowly, and when he runs he runs so fast that not even Forrest Gump could catch up.

Sounds like walking / sprinting. (which is a toggle, too)

Run & sprint is what I use per default, walk is the slow pace that civilians in cities use.

There are 3 movement speeds.
The default running speed.
Sprinting, which is done via shift on keyboard and uses oxygen.
And walking, which is done by pressing caps lock on the keyboard.
So if you havent pressed anything, he should be doing the default speed. Which is essentially jogging.

Indeed, and the race is very very fast, I have tried the mod that they put at the beginning and it works a little better
Here's a screen from the Settings - Bindings menue...

It's the second scroll-down-page of the key bindings for me.

...I have "always run" on, unless I want to walk during one of these "follow me" dialogues. That'd be a decent jogging speed. And "Hold to Run" is pretty meaningless, IMHO, as the crawl speed is too slow, so I didn't even bind that to a key.

Pressing left-Shift makes me sprint for a wee (until I'm out of breath - that semicircular gauge bar in your Smartwatch scanner on the lower left corner of the screen. And Left-Ctrl for when I want to follow the path of my inner stealth archer,

Thanks, it's not exactly what I wanted, but it's close

May be a mod to make your character walk at the same speed as other NPCS. Skyrim and Fallout 4 had that problem too, always walk way slower than everyone else, there are mods for those games to remedy that.
