No. There's other settlements like Paradiso.
It's like the universe only has one architect and interior designer. Once you've explored the abandoned robot factory, the abandoned outpost, the abandoned starstation, abandoned mine, etc., you don't really need to do it again anywhere else because it's exactly the same thing with the exact same rewards unless you've accepted a specific quest for some extra XP or something. Getting to the elite space pirate within each area in hopes that they'll drop a really good weapon isn't worth the time.
The outposts which aren't abandoned and that still have civilians are cool sometimes but it does start to look rather similar after awhile and most of them are full of generic NPCs who do not offer much, not even trading opportunity.
I sometimes 100% survey the planets but only by ignoring all of the distant landmarks and just focusing on collecting resources, collecting the flora, and killing the fauna. Some of those creatures give some decent XP and completing the whole survey list gives bonus XP. But slowly running from place to place? No, it's pointless after the first few planets you land on.
