Samsung Gaming Hub 4k?
Got a 65 4k OLED TV last year and heard this game can be played in the Gaming Hub. I have a 1080 laptop but can it be played on the TV in 4k with gaming hub? Or is it locked to some lower resolution? Apparently the TV has special technology that neither Xbox or PC has. Anyone have any experience with this especially for people who wanted it for 4k?

If your gpu can't do 4K, it can't do 4K. I'm not aware of any upscaling in the TV you have, which is what you'd need. That or DLSS/FSR afaik.

There’s no way you’re going cloud stream a graphics intensive game like Starfield in 4K and have a good experience, with good FPS and graphics quality. We’re not there yet.

GeForce NOW

$19.99 / Month
GeForce RTX 4080 Rig | RTX ON
Exclusive Access to RTX 4080 Servers
8-Hour Session Length*
Up to 4K Resolution*
Up to 120 FPS*

But Starfield will probably not support it, because not even Fallout 4 or Skrim is supported.

List of Games: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce-now/games/

I did try out GeForce NOW 3 years ago, the 1080p 60 FPS mode, and it worked okay even with only 50 mbit/s down and 10 mbit/s upspeed. I did get a 1 year 1080p premium pass for free because i bought a RTX 3080 back then. But i only tried it out for like 10 minutes, i didn't see the point using a 3080 that was stationed in a server center somewhere when i had one myself. :D

But now with a RTX 4080 4K up to 120 FPS sounds pretty nice. But my internet can't do such things.

"Internet Requirements
GeForce NOW requires at least 15Mbps for 720p at 60 FPS and 25Mbps for 1080p at 60 FPS. We also require less than 80ms latency from an NVIDIA data center. However, for the best experience, we recommend less than 40ms. Please read this knowledge base article on how to test your network.

Recommended for GeForce NOW Ultimate Membership

GeForce NOW requires at least 45Mbps for streaming up to 3840x2160/3456x2160 at 120 FPS, at least 35Mbps for streaming up to 3840x1440/2560x1440 at 120 FPS for most iMacs or 3840x1600/2560x1600p at 120 FPS for most MacBooks, and at least 35Mbps for up to 1920x1080 at 240fps. We also recommend a hardwired Ethernet connection, or a 5GHz wireless router. Please read this knowledge base article for more information."

Reading that i would need a 280 mbit/s internet connection. For 4K streaming.

Hmm, watched some Resident Evil 2 Remake clips played through GFN. Very impressive!

Wait... Gaming Hub is a streaming service? I thought it was some kind of proprietary casting app or something. Yeah, no, I've tried a couple of services and even on a 1Gb connect, hardwired, you still get lots of lag and stutters. IMO, it's not playable. Neither is casting graphics demanding games, btw.
