Any "Heard they're reforming the Dawnguard" moments with the guards in Starfield?

Seems like half the guards in Skyrim would start talking about the Dawnguard in that game, and simply would not stop. Bethesda didn't repeat that for Shattered Space, right? Right?

I have not heard anyone in Starfield mention the Dawnguard, no.

Not really, no. It's triggered when certain conditions are met. If you're on a new game, you have to have completed One Small Step first. Then you have to jump to an orbit that isn't connected to any ongoing quest or mission. Then you'll get a distress call, and that starts the expansion.
