O M G there will be MODs.
Given that this game demonstrated the engine's ability to handle larger cities than Skyrim's without having to load into them via city gates in many instances, from maps larger than Skyrim's, at a higher level of fidelity, then assuming the next TES is again in a single province on a single large map, I think that makes perfect sense.

Great news. Was worried it was going to be produced using RPGmaker.

36x the loading screens, the ancient engine is outdated rip es6.

RIP ES6. Its going to be just as empty and soulless as all their recent games. The true talent at Bethesda left after Skyrim launched. Now Bethesda doubles down support for this archaic game engine that is completely incapable of making GOOD open world games.

They really need to scrap this game engine finally and hire back the real talent they lost. Otherwise were doomed to have loading screens for our loading screens, before the real loading screen appears.

Cool, so it'll be modular and moddable with arguably the best open world engine around, and have the improvements to graphics, city loading etc we see in Sf, and probably larger scale battles.

Perhaps it will still have loading screens, although to me this is the biggest non-issue around at the moment, especially for a TES game. It didn't do a damned thing to negatively impact Skyrim, complete nothingburger.

The continued use of CE was something you could assume, though. What is more interesting is that they often add nice new features with each game. I wonder what they will be adding for TES VI. A deeper combat system? Sea battles? Personally I'd like to see spell creation return, better than it was before (it should still let you break the game, though).

Good news , it is obvious ES6 will be a massive success , after all they will be vast improvement from ESO which should be titled ES5.5
